摘要
文章从用户为中心的角度分析了参考咨询馆员的角色定位,并以此为根据构建了参考咨询馆员素质模型,从模型组成要素及其关系对该模型进行分析,继而提出针对参考咨询馆员素质建设的若干建议。
The paper analysed the role of reference librarians with user centred thinking and designed the qualification mode of reference librarians,then analysed its components and the relationship among them,at last put forwadrd some suggestions on the constraction of reference librarians' qualification.
