摘要
在知识共享理论基础上,分析了商业银行知识共享的传递效应、溢出效应和负效应,运用演化博弈对商业银行内部员工知识共享行为进行博弈分析,得出不同条件下的知识共享演化稳定策略,进而提出了促进商业银行内部知识共享的策略,为商业银行知识管理的发展方向提供了借鉴。
The pass-through effect , spillover effect and negative effect of knowledge sharing of commercial bank were ana -lyzed based on knowledge sharing theory .Evolutionary game model was applied to analyze knowledge sharing behavior of internal staff of commercial bank .The evolutionary stable strategy of knowledge sharing under different conditions was obtained .Then corresponding strategies to promote commercial banks＇internal knowledge sharing were proposed .The study provides a reference for the development and direction of knowledge management of commercial bank .
