摘要
文章阐述了学术界及企业界在知识资源交易机制方面的研究进展,分析了军工企业开展知识交易的影响因素,同时,对可采用的知识交易机制进行了初步构架及描述,从而为军工企业内部知识交易机制的构建提供参考。
This paper expatiates on the progress in research on the knowledge resources transaction mechanism in the academic and business circles,analyzes the factors affecting the implementation of knowledge transaction in military enterprises,and meanwhile constructs and describes the preliminary framework of the adoptable knowledge transaction mechanism,thereby providing references for the construction of the knowledge transaction mechanism within military enterprises.
