摘要
经济新常态下,产品创新对商业银行核心竞争力的提升至为重要。分析我国商业银行产品创新的现状和当前商业银行产品创新存在的问题,探索客户知识吸收过程对商业银行产品创新的影响机理,进而提出产品创新的对策建议,为商业银行产品创新实践提供理论参考。
Product innovation is of great importance for enhancing the core competitiveness of commercial banks under the new economic normal. The paper analyzes and expounds the status quo and the existing problems of commercial bank' s product innovation, explores the influencing mechanism for commercial bank' s product innovation during customer knowledge absorptive process, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on product innovation, so as to provide a theoretical reference for product innovation of commercial banks.
