摘要
运用WSR理论构建了高等农业院校电子商务创新创业人才培养模式框架,以青岛农业大学电子商务专业创新创业人才培养模式为例,提出"物理"方面要明确定位、提高师资水平、改善教学设施;"事理"方面要从协同育人、制度建设、内容创新的角度进行分析;"人理"方面要注重多主体协同创新、优化教学过程、深入校企实践教学,并提出"物理""事理""人理"三方面统筹兼顾的电子商务创新创业人才培养模式,对应用型本科电子商务专业创新创业人才培养改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper builds the framework of e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents training model in agricultural colleges and universities based on WSR theory.Taking the e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents training model of Qingdao Agricultural University as an example,it is proposed that the "Wuli" aspects should include clear positioning,improvement of the teacher level,and rebuilding the teaching facilities;the "Shili" aspects should be analyzed from the perspective of collaborative education,system construction and content innovation;the "Renli" aspect should pay attention to multi-agent collaborative innovation,optimize the teaching process,and deepen the practical teaching of school and enterprise,and then put forward the training mode of e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents with three aspects of "Wuli,Shili and Renli",and the result has certain reference significance for the training and reform of application-oriented undergraduate e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
