摘要
[目的]观察九味镇心颗粒对于改善慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁状态的疗效。[方法]运用Hamilton焦虑量表和Hamilton抑郁量表评分筛选出伴焦虑、抑郁状态的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为九味镇心颗粒组和黛力新组,每组各30例。2组均以慢性萎缩性胃炎中药基础方治疗,九味镇心颗粒组加用九味镇心颗粒治疗,黛力新组加用黛力新治疗,疗程均为4周。观察比较2组患者治疗后症状的缓解情况。[结果]与治疗前相比,九味镇心颗粒组治疗后症状明显缓解,有效率为96.7%,较黛力新治疗组(90%)显著提高,且症状积分、Hamilton焦虑量表和Hamilton抑郁量表评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑、抑郁状态患者行中药治疗联合九味镇心颗粒改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解躯体症状,有效率优于黛力新组,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To compare the therapeutic effects between Jiuwei Zhenxin and Deanxit on anxiety and depression in chronic atrophic gastritis patients.[Methods]Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis combined with anxiety and depression,evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD）,were randomly assigned into two groups：Jiuwei Zhenxin group and Deanxit group.One group was given conventional treatment plus Jiuwei Zhenxin and the other was given conventional treatment plus Deanxit.The period of the treatment was 4 weeks.Two groups were compared with differences of symptom scale scores and quality of life scale scores after 4 weeks.[Results]The response rate of Jiuwei Zhenxin group was 96.7％,higher than 90％ in the Deanxit group after 4 weeks（P＜0.01）.The scores in treatment group before and after treatment had significant difference （P＜0.01）.[Conclusion]These two drugs can be used in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis combined with anxiety and depression,Jiuwei Zhenxin has better effect and less side effects than Deanxit.
