摘要
目的探索艾滋病综合防治"1234"健康教育模式,对艾滋病干预的有效性和可行性。方法以浙江工商大学1496名大学生为研究对象,分为调查组和对照组;调查组为接受"1234"健康教育的大学生,对照组为刚入学的新生;比较两组艾滋病综合防治相关知识,态度及行为(KAP)情况。结果调查组艾滋病综合防治KAP总分和知识、态度、行为得分为86.4、53.4、15.3、16.3分,均明显高于对照组相应得分66.7、39.9、13.2、13.8分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾滋病综合防治"1234"健康教育模式,对艾滋病干预有一定的效果,值得推广。
Objective Study on effectiveness and feasibility of the "1234" health education model for AIDS com- prehensive prevention and control in AIDS intervention. Methods The study enrolled 1496 college students from Zhejiang Gongshang University. They were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were students receiving "1234" health education, while the control group were freshmen. Knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) related to AIDS comprehensive prevention and control were compared between the two groups. Re- sults Total score of KAP and score of knowledge, attitude and practice related to AIDS comprehensive prevention and control in treatment group were 86.4, 53.4, 15.3 and 16.3, respectively, while those in control group were 66.7, 39.9, 13.2 and 13.8, respectively. All showed significant differences between the two groups (all P〈 0.01). Conclusion The "1234" health education model for AIDS comprehensive prevention and control has some effects on AIDS intervention, and is worthy of promotion.
