摘要
目的了解在大学生中开展预防艾滋病/性病干预的效果,探索在该人群中开展预防艾滋病/性病健康教育的有效实践。方法选取浙江省艺术学院、信息学院、外语学院二~三年级学生4349名作为研究对象,并随机确定其中2所为干预学校(1444名)、2所为对照学校(2905名)。对干预学校实施多媒体授课、播放录像、发放宣传小册子和校园张贴宣传画相结合的干预措施,对照组不进行任何干预。结果干预后干预学校学生艾滋病/性病相关知识知晓率平均由59.7%提高至75.0%,对艾滋病/性病流行形势势和相关政策知晓率平均由57.8%提高至77.2%。结论健康教育能有效提高大学生艾滋病/性病相关知识水平,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore an effective intervention for AIDS/STD prevention among college students by assessing the effects of health education conducted among this population. Methods The students of grade two and three were chosen from colleges of art,information and foreign language in four universities in Zhejiang Province. Two schools were chosen randomly for intervention where participants received multi-media lecture,watched DVD,and got manual,and poster were pasted in the 2 campuses. The other 2 were for comparison. Results The rate of basic knowledge related to AIDS/STD increased from 59.7% to 75.0% and the rate of knowledge related to the AIDS/STD epidemic and national policy on HIV control increased from 57.8% to 77.2%. Conclusion The prevention model is effective to increase the knowledge of AIDS/STD among college students,and worthwhile to be popularized.
