摘要
结合中医英语教学和中医翻译的现状,我校从2012年开始对人文学院英语教师实施了一系列中医药课程相关培训工作,并进行了中医药翻译基地建设,旨在借助中医药翻译基地建设,通过校本培训,打造一支业务过硬、结构合理、相对稳定的中医英语教师队伍。本文从师资现状、师资建设两方面进行阐述,以期起到一定的借鉴作用。
Considering the status quo of TCM teaching and trans-lation, the English teachers in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine have been studying a series of TCM courses sy-stematically and constructing TCM translation base since the year of 2012, through which a qualified team of English teachers for TCM and TCM translation are expected to be cultivated gradual-ly. This paper first analyzes the English teachers＇ status quo and then shares some tentative suggestions about the cultivation of English teachers and the construction of TCM translation base.
