摘要
高职院校英语教师的知识结构直接影响着高职学生知识结构的发展。本文在结合他人知识结构相关研究成果基础上,提出新形势下高职院校英语教师专业素质培育的重点在于优化英语教师的现有知识结构,并且探讨了相关优化策略,希望能促进我国高职院校英语教师素质教育的发展。
English teachers＇knowledge structure directly affects the development of students＇knowledge structure in higher vocational colleges. Based on the combination with other related research on knowledge structure, the paper proposes that the key to English teach- ers＇ professional quality education lies in optimizing the existing knowledge structure under the new situation, and discusses the related optimization strategy, hoping to promote our English teachers with the development of quality education in higher vocational colleges.
