摘要
针对我国南方丘陵山区特有耕地作业环境,以通用微耕机机体为基础,采用多连杆运动机构,使微耕机执行装置掘土行程运动速度较慢,增加挖掘力,增大掘土深度,加大回程运动速度,从而节省时间。采用SolidWorks建立执行装置虚拟样机,并应用Simulation模块进行运动仿真,得出耕刀Y轴位置曲线、速度曲线、加速度曲线,从而证明该微耕机执行装置具有效率高、耕深大、操作更加简单省力的优势。
In view of the southern hilly farmland operating environment , based on the body of the general micro tillage machine , its executing device adopts the multi-link motion mechanism to slower the digging speed , increasing the dig-ging force and depth as well as speeding up the return movement to save time .SolidWorks is adopted to establish the vir-tual prototype and the Simulation modules movement simulation is applied to obtain the tools Y-axis position curve , ve-locity curve , and acceleration curve , thereby it is concluded that the micro tillage machine executing device has the ad-vantages of high efficiency , deep tillage , more simple and labor-saving operation .
