摘要
在催化剂TCAT-172作用下,以4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS与环氧氯丙烷ECH为主要原料开环反应生成氯代中间产物,再在碱性环境下闭环生成DDS型多官能环氧树脂,并对其进行红外表征及环氧值、挥发分、产率测试;此外,以其为基体树脂制备环氧胶粘剂,并对该胶粘剂进行性能研究。结果表明,合成的DDS型多官能环氧树脂综合性能较好,其环氧值高达0.70~0.71,挥发分为0.95%左右,产率为90%~92%;制备出的DDS型环氧胶粘剂的综合性能优异,室温下拉伸剪切强度为23.8 MPa,180℃时仍有14.5 MPa,相对介电常数在3.83~3.95之间,吸水性在1.22%左右。
Using 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS) and epichlorohydrin(ECH) as the main materials the chlorinated intermediate was obtained by ring-opening reaction in the presence of catalyst TCAT-172,and the DDS type multifunctional epoxy resin was prepared by ring-closure reaction in alkaline environment from the intermediate.Then,the product resin was characterized by FT-IR and its epoxy value,product yield and volatile matter were tested, as well. In addition,using the epoxy resin as the basic resin, the adhesive was prepared and its properties were tested. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of synthesized DDS type multifunctional epoxy resin was better. The epoxy value was 0.70-0.71, the volatile matter was about 0.95%, the product yield was 90%~92%. As a result, the prepared DDS type epoxy adhesive has excellent performance in all aspects. The tensile shear strength was 23.8 MPa at room temperature, and even 14.5 MPa at 180℃, the relative dielectric constant was in the range of 3.83-3.95, the water absorption rate was around 1.22%.
