Application of Hyperbranched Polyesters in Modification of Epoxy Resins

摘要 超支化聚合物是一类具有三维树形结构的高度支化的大分子。由于其独特的结构和性能以及可实现工业化生产的潜力,超支化聚合物已经成为高分子材料领域研究的热点之一,并且得到了越来越多的关注。作为一类非常重要的超支化聚合物,超支化聚酯(HBPE)引起了研究人员的极大兴趣。目前,HBPE已经在众多领域获得应用,特别是在环氧树脂改性中的研究发展迅速。综述了HBPE作为改性剂在环氧树脂中的应用研究进展,同时对HBPE在环氧树脂和其他热固性树脂改性中的应用研究方向作了展望。 Hyperbranched polymers are highly branched macromolecules with three-dimensional dentritic structure. Hyperbranched polymers have become one of the hotspots in the field of macromolecular materials, and have received increasing attentions due to their unique structures and properties as well as their potential industrialized production. As a very important kind of hyperbranched polymer, hyperbranched polyesters have attracted considerable interest. At presently, hyperbranched polyesters have been applied in a large number of fields because of their unique structure, chemical and physical properties, and especially in the research on modification of epoxy resins. The applications of hyperbranched polyesters as modifiers of the thermosetting epoxy resins were reviewed. Meanwhile, the prospect of the research directions of the application of hyperbranched polyesters in modification of epoxy resins and other thermosetting resins was pointed out.
