摘要
创建教师教育学科,为教师教育的改革与发展奠定学术基础、获得学科支撑,这是基于对20世纪90年代以来中国教师教育改革创新举措的基本判断。对建设教师教育学科达成共识之后,接着迫切需要解决教师教育学科的组织问题,从而有效地推进教师教育学科建设。本文从教师专业特性与教师教育机构管理现况入手,阐述教师教育学科群建设的必要性、可能性及其发展策略。
We must build the teacher education discipline to lay academic foundation for the development and reform of teacher education,which is based on the basic judgement of the reform and innovation in teacher education since the 1990 s.We should not only set up the teacher education discipline but also build the group of teacher education subjects in order to promote the construction of teacher education discipline.This thesis expounds the necessity and possibility of creating the teacher education discipline as well as its development strategies on the basis of teachers'professional features and the current state of teacher education institution management.
