摘要 通过有限元软件MSC.Marc与X射线衍射仪、三坐标仪等试验设备,仿真与试验研究单面淬火工艺对7075铝合金厚板两面引入的不对称残余应力分布与变形,及预拉伸矫直工艺改善板形与消减应力的效果。结果表明:试验与仿真结果保持一致,预拉伸量达2%时,板形改善与应力消减效果已满足工业要求。 7075 aluminum alloy thick plate were quenched by single side water spraying treatment, then MSC. Mare of FEM software, X - ray diffractometer, three dimensional measuring machine and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) were introduced to simulate and discuss the quenching - induced asymmetric surface residual stress distributions and deformations. The effects of pretension straightening technology on enhancing the strip shape and relieving stresses were also analyzed. The results showed that tests had a good agreement to simulations and when reaching up to 2% of stretching degree, the enhancement in strip shape and relaxation in residual stress would satisfy the industrial requirements.
