摘要
在拉伸矫直机使用过程中,存在两种铝型材拉伸失效形式,即铝型材滑移与铝型材断裂。介绍了铝型材滑移与断裂的现场情况,分别分析了原因,并提出保护措施。
During the use of the stretch straightener,there are two forms of tensile failure of aluminum profile,namely,aluminum profile slip and aluminum profile fracture.Herein,the site situations of slip and fracture of aluminum profile were introduced.The causes were analyzed,and the protective measures were put forward.
