摘要
以249家中国创业板上市公司为研究对象,对高管团队的年龄、教育、薪酬等因素进行实证检验,探求高管团队对企业绩效的影响。研究发现,高管团队平均年龄对企业绩效有显著的负向影响,高管团队的激励措施与企业效益显著正相关。之后在公司治理方面选取了董事长和总经理两权设置和独立董事比例两个指标对各变量进行T检验,发现高管团队的独立董事比例对绩效有明显提升作用用,未发现董事长和总经理两权设置对各变量有明显影响。
This paper studies the 249 China GEM Listing Corporations, analyzes top management team's age, education, salary and other aspects by means of empirical study and investigates the effect of top management team to firm performance. The results shows that the average age of top management team is significantly negatively related to firm performance. There is a significantly positive relationship between the profits of top management team and firm performance. In the corporate governance, we select two important indexes to do T test about all variables, and find that the proportion of independent directors has significantly improving effects to firm performance, but do not find the chairman and general manager of the two power settings have obvious influence.
