摘要
丁忧官员离任守制本是国家之法令纲常,但这一规定的实施情况会因时因地而有所变化。雍正年间,官员在任守制的情况多有发生;乾隆即位伊始,即针对这种情况发布严禁在任守制的命令。这种政策转变的背后,是雍正帝"移孝作忠"和乾隆帝"求忠臣于孝子之门"两种理念相互冲突的结果,同时也与雍正年间丁忧官员在任守制情况的泛滥有关。通过在任守制禁令的实施,乾隆帝在整饬吏治、弘扬孝道方面取得了良好成效,展现了乾隆初政的新气象。雍乾之际在任守制政策的不同境遇,为我们展现了雍乾变局新的面相。
According to the rules of mourning system in the Qing dynasty, officials should be suspended from office during mourning time; but the implementation of this requirement varied from place to place. During Yongzheng period,many officials were still in office during mourning time; Qianlong Emperor forbade the practice just after ascending the throne. The transformation of mourning policy in office was shaped by different views to loyalty and filial piety between Yongzheng Emperor and Qianlong Emperor, and also was stimulated by the serious flaws of mourning policy in office during Yongzheng period. Accompanied by the implementation of the new policy, Qianlong Emperor obtained good achievements in rectification of administration and promotion of filial piety in the application. So, different practices of mourning policy in office showed completely opposite prospects between Yongzheng and Qianlong periods.
