摘要
主要以钻削式采煤机钻削机构为例,应用ANSYS软件和ADAMS软件,构建刚柔耦合的系统动力学模型并对钻杆进行柔化,通过对钻削机构的受迫振动分析,得到螺旋钻头的振动及受力情况,为进一步优化采煤机钻削机构提供理论参考。
The paper mainly takedrilling mechanism of auger shearer as an example, apply ANSYS software and the ADAMS software to build the coupled system dynamics model and diffuse of drill pipe, through analysis of the forced vibration of drilling mechanism, by the vibration of the twist drill and stress distribution, in order to provide theoretical reference for further optimization of coal mining machine drilling machanism.
