摘要
在建立区域科技能力评价指标体系的基础上,设计了一种基于熵权法和灰色综合评价法的科技能力综合评价模型,并对湖北省2007-2012年的区域科技能力进行实证评价与分析。结果表明,湖北省的科技能力正逐年上升,但存在科技资源配置能力不足。
Based on the establishment of index system of evaluating regional scientific and technological capacity, a compre- hensive evaluation model of scientific and technological capabilities was developed by Entropy Weight and the gray compre- hensive evaluation method. The capability of science and technology in Hubei Province of 2007-2012 was empirically evaluat- ed and analyzed. Results showed that scientific and technological capabilities in Hubei Province were increasing year by year But technological resources were lack of allocation capability.
