摘要
从科技发展基础、科技资源投入、科技活动产出、科技对社会经济发展的影响等四方面构建了区域科技能力评价指标体系。利用主成分分析法对广西科技能力进行综合评价,并深入分析了其取得的进步与存在的不足,为广西科技能力建设的战略选择提供有益参考。
From the foundation, development of science and technology resources of science and technology input, output, technology activities on science and technology to the social economic development and construction of the four evaluation index system of regional science and technology capacity. Analysis in comprehensive evaluation of Guangxi science and technology capacity using principal components, and in-depth analysis of the progress and existing provides a useful reference for the strategic choice of Guangxi science and technology capacity building.
