摘要
目的 分析某稀土分离公司生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法 采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行职业病危害因素识别。结果 该厂存在化学毒物、噪声、粉尘、高温、电离辐射等职业病危害因素。现场检测结果显示个体噪声检测强度为78.4-87.8dB(A),超标率为25.0%;其余职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家职业接触限值,该厂职业病危害关键控制点为盐酸、噪声和粉尘相关岗位。结论 该厂职业病危害因素较多,应在职业病危害因素关键控制点加强职业病防治工作。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and determine key control points of the rare earth extraction technique. Methods The occupational hazards were identified using occupational investigation, test and physical examination. Results The major occupational hazards were chemical agents, noise, dust, heat stress and ionizing radiation in the workplace. In general, the results of work sites showed individual noise intensities were 78. 4 - 87. 8 dB ( A ) , with an exceeding rate of 25.0% , while the other intensities or concentration of occupational hazards were lower than occupational exposure limits. The key control points were posts exposed among hydrochloric acid, noise and dust. Conclusion The occupational hazard factors are various. It is essential that effective actions should be taken to improve this situation.
