摘要
目的分析某化工厂聚氨酯生产线生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行识别。结果该厂房存在化学毒物、粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素。现场检测各岗位噪声强度为72.6~81.2 dB(A),各职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该厂职业病危害因素不多,但仍应加强关键控制点的职业病防治工作。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and key control points in the polyurethane production line of chemical plant. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation, detection and medical examination were ap- plied. Results The occupational hazard factors that existed in the factory building were chemical poisons, dust and noise radiation. Field monitoring showed that noise intensities ranged from 72. 6dB(A) to 81.2dB(A). The occupational hazard factors met occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Even though the occupational hazard factors are relatively few, pro- tection measures should still be strengthened.
