摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,工程机械在各种工程建设领域,特别是基础设施建设中所起的重要作用越来越明显。现代工程机械机电液一体化的集成度较高,在工作性能日益完善的同时,结构组成日趋复杂,故障的定位也比较困难,若不能及时、有效地恢复其工作性能,必将严重影响机械施工的生产效率,大大降低经济效益。所以研究工程机械的机、电、液各系统的技术性能变化特点及故障发生规律,最大限度地发挥机械的效能就显得尤为重要。
With the rapid development of the national economy, construction machinery plays an increasingly important role in various engineering construction fields, especially in the infrastructure construction. The modern construction machinery is highly integrated, whose performance is improved but at the same time the fault location becomes more difficult for its complicated structure. Production efficiency and economic benefit will be seriously affected if the working performance of the construction machinery cannot be restored promptly and effectively. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the technical performance characteristics and the fault occurrence law of the construction machinery and maximize its mechanical efficiency.
