摘要
介绍影响船用柴油机使用寿命的缸套穴蚀现象,分析穴蚀的成因机理,提出提高缸套抗穴蚀能力的具体措施。以具体的事例进行分析验证缸套的穴蚀,对船用柴油机缸套的使用与维修提出预防措施。
The article introduces phenomenon that the cylinder liner cavitation affects the life of marine diesel engine, and analyzes the matter how the cavitation occurs, then it also introduces some measures to further prevent cylinder liner cavitation. By some examples the cylinder liner cavitation are identified and important lessons and meanings are presented to use and maintain the cylinder liner of the marine diesel engine.
