摘要
论述了立式泵常见机械故障:振动、润滑、轴封失效的现象和产生的机理。振动异常主要与立式泵的结构、推力轴承质量和装配密切相关,推力轴承箱的油位控制和底部油封的可靠性是保证良好润滑的关键,同时也提出了解决此类故障的一些建议。
This paper treats the common mechanical failures of vertical centrifugal pump which include vibration,lubrication and failure of shaft sealing and the mechanism for the occurrence of such failures.Abnormal vibration is closely related to the structure of the vertical centrifugal pump,the quality and assembly of thrust bearings.The control of oil level and the reliability of bottom oil sealing are the key to guarantee good lubrication.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with such failures.
