摘要
在我国,农民的政治参与水平既影响着农村的和谐稳定,又事关中国整个农村政治文化的发展进程。在陕西南部的山区农村,由于农民的参政权利有限,参政渠道单一,参政范围狭窄,参政制度不完备,严重地影响了民主建设进程。大力发展经济,加强民间合作组织和基层民主建设,改善农民政治参与环境,是提高农民政治参与水平,推动整个农村政治文化现代化发展的根本途径。
In china,the level of peasant＇s political participation not only affect the harmony and stability in rural areas,and development process chinese whole rural political culture.Rural areas in the mountainous regions of southern Shaanxi,because of their political participation channels of a single,narrow scope,political system is not perfect,seriously affected the process of democratic construction.Vigorously develop the economy,improve the environment of peasants political participation to strengthen non-governmental organizations and grass-roots democracy building,is the fundamental way to improve the level of peasant＇s political participation and to promote the rural political culture modernization.
