摘要
传统政治心理对公民政治参与起着二重作用 ,从正反两方面影响着公民的政治意识、参政意向和参政技能。为此 ,必须培养公民的健康政治心理并探索建构公民现代政治人格的合理途径 ,实现与公民政治参与的良性互动。
Traditional political mentality has dual effects on citizens' political participation, bringing either positive or negative influence on their consciousness, intentions and techniques of political participation. Therefore, reasonable approaches should be explored to help citizens form wholesome political mentality and build up sound political character in a modern sense.
