摘要
由于光缆内部的光单元较为脆弱,不能承受较大的应力,如果金属带焊接方法不当,会挤压缆芯,并损伤缆芯,因此焊接长度和焊接方法对光缆质量至关重要。介绍了线缆制造过程中金属带焊接时的重叠长度的选取。
Because of the weakness of optical fiber unit inside of optical cable, it cannot withstand greater stress. Improper metal welding method may compress and damage the cable core, so the welding length and welding method are very important for ensuring the optical cable quality. The choice of the overlap length during metal tape welding is described.
