摘要
对GYXTW型光缆生产过程中容易出现的问题,如拉伸试验不合格、皱纹钢带搭接处与护套之间有小孔、光缆渗水、松套管后收缩等,分别进行了深入地分析和探讨,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Some problems during the production of type GYXTW fiber optic cable production,such as unqualified tensile test result,existing voids between the overlapping position of the corrugated steel tape and the sheath,water penetration,post shrinkage of loose tube,are analyzed and discussed,respectively,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
