摘要
文章介绍了带状光缆研制过程中松套管设计的基本步骤,对松套管的工艺要点进行了简要描述。通过定量分析阐明了松套管的设计要点,结合生产实际说明了松套管制造需注意的问题,同时对于松套管的重要组成部分纤膏的选用提出了建议,用实验论证了纤膏对松套管的影响以及绞合节距对光缆性能的影响,并给出了不同绞合节距下拉伸实验的曲线图。
The paper first introduces the basic steps in the design of fiber-optic loose tubes for ribbon optical cables and briefly describes their main technological points.Then it explains the key points in the design by quantitative analysis and explains the issues for attention in their production on the basis of the production practice and puts forward suggestions for the selection and use of the fiber jellies as the important parts of the tubes.Finally,it experimentally verifies the effects of the jelly on the tubes and of the twist pitches on the cable performances and gives the curve diagrams of tensile tests in different twist pitches.
