摘要
医学高职院校就业工作是医学高职教育的重要部分,其就业率的表现在于专业的生命力和可持续发展的未来。口腔医学专业在医学高职院校专业建设中虽然规模不大,但就业工作有其鲜明的独特性,从高职口腔医学专业就业工作实践出发,以社会需求为目标导向,分析并思考其专业前景,探索口腔医学专业未来发展方向。
The employment of medical vocational colleges is an important part of higher medical vocational education, the employment rate reflected in professional vitality and sustainable development in the future. Although the scale of stomatology that in medical vocational colleges＇ construct is not large, the work of employment has bright uniqueness, which is starting from the practice of the employment of medical vocational colleges, using the social demands as the goal guidance, analyzing and thinking over its profession foreground, and exploring the direction of stomatology＇s development in the future.
