摘要
在研究口腔助理医生岗位群的能力要求和基层口腔科门诊的主要工作任务以及国家执业助理医师资格标准的基础上,运用工作过程导向课程理念,对口腔医学专业课程进行改革,突出课程设置与就业需求和职业标准对接,提升学生综合职业能力。
On the basis of researching the abilities requirements of mouth cavity assistance doctors, the main tasks of the department of stomatology and the standard of qualification of national executive assistant doctor, the courses of stomatology specialty was reformed according to the working process-oriented curriculum view, which aims to stand out the linkage between curriculum setting and employment demand and professional standard as well as enhance students' comprehensive professional abilities.
