摘要
中国义务教育发展很不均衡,表现在区域间发展不均衡,城乡间发展不均衡,校际间发展不均衡,师资力量与办学条件的不均衡,入学机会、教育过程与教育结果的不均衡。通过分析中国义务教育不均衡发展的原因,给出了中国义务教育均衡发展的可行之策:缩小经济差距;推进义务教育标准化建设;建立人才流动机制;加大中央与省级政府教育财政平衡力度;建立义务教育均衡发展测量预警系数。
Compulsory education has unbalanced development in China.It is shown in between regions,town and country,schools,teacher staff,condition for running school,entrance opportunity,education process and education result.This text analyses the causes first,then gives the feasible countermeasures of balanced development for compulsory education in China：reduce distinction in economy,give impetus to standardization construction of compulsory education,establish mechanism of the flow of the talents,increase the strength of equilibration of education finance of centre and province,build the prior warning coefficient of compulsory education for balanced development.
