摘要
青岛市作为环渤海经济圈的重要城市,其技术创新效率的高低对整个环渤海经济圈的发展有重要影响.从投入—产出角度构建评价指标体系,搜集包括青岛市在内的15个副省级及以上城市近5年的数据,采用超效率DEA模型对青岛市技术创新效率进行评价分析.结果表明,青岛市近5年的技术创新效率总体情况相对较好,但是在R&D人员、专利、技术市场成交合同等方面与其他高效率城市差距较大.
The technological innovation efficiency of Qingdao,one of the most important cities of the Bohai economic circle,has a significant influence on the development of this area.The assessment index system was constructed from the angle of input-output,and data of fifteen sub-provincial cities including Qingdao over the last 5 years were collected and then the technology innovation efficiency of Qingdao was evaluated on the basis of the super efficiency DEA model.The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of Qingdao over the last 5 years is relatively good but there are still differences in R＆D personnel,patent,technological market,etc.between Qingdao and other high-efficiency cities.
