摘要
为实现航空公司安全管理人员与岗位的匹配,采用人力资源管理方法中的工作分析法和安全管理方法的基元事件分析法,研究安全管理人员的素质模型,并采用调查问卷的方式,运用SPSS统计工具进行分析,确定航空公司安全管理人员的素质模型。该模型包括学历和工作经验、基本素质、专业素质、态度、安全专业知识和技能、业务知识、基本技能等七大维度,共46项素质要素。该模型还包含了这些素质要素的重要程度。该素质模型不仅有助于航空公司选聘、培养、激励安全管理人员,而且为员工的职业发展提供了依据。
To match safety managers' position requirement,the competency model of safety managers in airlines is researched by the method of job analysis and basic element of aviation events.The job analysis is a method of human resource management.The basic element of aviation events is a method of safety management.The competency model of safety managers in airlines is determined by questionnaire and SPSS statistics tool analysis.It contains 7dimensions and 46sub-dimensions.The seven dimensions are education level and work experience,basic competencies,specialty competencies,attitude,safety specialty knowledge and skill,specialty knowledge,and basic skill.The competencies are arranged in order of importance.The competency model helps airlines select,foster,and motivate safety managers.It is a basis of employees' occupation development.
