摘要
目的:建立三黄中空栓中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry Shield-C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(50:50)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长265 nm,柱温为30℃进行检测。结果:黄芩苷线性范围为5.0~101.0μg/mL,平均加样回收率为98.80%(RSD%=1.17%);盐酸小檗碱线性范围为5.7~114.0μg/mL,平均加样回收率为99.00%(RSD%=1.15%)。结论:该法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于三黄中空栓中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。
Objective: To establish content determination methods of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride contained in Sanhuang hollow suppository. Methods: HPLC was adopted, chromatographic column: Waters Symmetry Shield-C18 column (4.6 min×250 mm, 5μm), 0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile (50:50) were taken as the mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 265 nm, column temperature: 30℃. Results: Baicalin showed better linear relationship between 5.0 and 101.0μg/mL, average recovery rate was 98.80% (RSD= 1.17%); berberine hydrochloride showed better linear relationship between 5.7 and 114.0μg/mL, average recovery rate was 99.00% (RSD=l. 15%). Conclusion: The method, rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, could be used for content determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride contained in Sanhuang hollow suppository.
