摘要
目的分析阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎经玄麦柑桔汤加减联合耳穴贴压治疗的效果。方法采用前瞻性研究,根据本研究相关标准于2015年12月~2016年12月在我院纳入120例慢性咽炎(阴虚血瘀型)患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上使用玄麦柑桔汤加减和耳穴贴压。比较两组治疗前中医症状体征总分及各项积分;统计两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、6个月复发率及1年复发率。结果治疗后,观察组中医症状及体征积分降低且低于对照组,治疗前后中医症状及体征积分差值大于对照组;治疗后,观察组除咽部灼热感,症状及体征其余指标积分均低于对照组。观察组治疗总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(75.00%),1年复发率(30.00%)低于对照组(46.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率、6个月复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上采用玄麦柑桔汤加减和耳穴贴治疗能提高阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎疗效,缓解症状,改善体征,减低远期复发率,用药安全,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xuanmai Ganju decoction addition and subtraction combined with auricular pressure in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis type chronic pharyngitis.Methods A prospective study was conducted.According to the relevant criteria of this study,120 patients with chronic pharyngitis(yin deficiency and blood stasis type)in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment by Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuanmai Ganju decoction addition and subtraction combined with auricular pressure on the above basis.The total scores and scores of TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,6-month recurrence rate and 1-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and signs in the observation group decreased and were lower than those of the control group.The difference of TCM symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment was larger than that of the control group.After treatment,the remaining indicators of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,except for the pharyngeal burning sensation.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.67%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the 1-year recurrence rate(30.00%)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(46.67%),the differeces were satistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reations and 6-month recurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the use of Xuanmai Ganju decoction addition and subtraction combined with auricular pressure can improve the curative effect of yin deficiency and b
