院内心源性猝死预后影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 心源性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)是心血管病患者重要死因,我国年发病率约41.8/10万,年发病超50万人[1].其中院内SCD占总病例1/3[2].院内SCD的生存率各地区不同,国外报道达15%或更高[3-4],而我国有报道称仅4%~6%[5-6].生存率受诸多因素影响,以CPR质量、启动时间及高级生命支持(ACLS)的影响最重要[7-8].我国院内SCD救治情况报道不多,本研究通过回顾调查深圳市院内SCD生存率及预后相关因素,为提高救治率提供依据。
