摘要
地方本科院校转型发展的目的不单单是构建职业教育体系,更重要的是它关系到高等教育观念更新和结构调整等深层次变革。当前,这一转型面临大学内在逻辑的保守与社会观念文化落后的双重阻力,需要政府政策的推动与制度的保障。然而,目前的制度现状不能适应形势发展的要求,因此,有必要站在国家治国方略转型的高度,对相关政策与制度进行批判性的审视,为制度改革打好思想基础,推动我国高等教育的多样化发展。
The transformational development of local undergraduate institutions is not only a way of the construction of modern vocational education system, but also related to the renewal of concept and structural readjustment of higher education. Since the transformation faces the obstructions of conservative ideas from university internal logic and social cultural values, support from government policies is needed. However, policies related can＇t meet the needs of current situation, thus a reform based on a critical analysis of recent polices according to the national development strategy should be carried out to push the diversification of our higher education.
