摘要
地方高校转型发展既是优化我国高等教育结构和加快构建现代教育体系的要求,也是地方高校在经济发展新常态下解决自身问题、调整自身定位和促进自身发展的必然选择。地方高校转型发展,要坚持深化综合改革,明确办学定位,完善治理结构,转变发展方式,走出有特色的转型发展之路。
The transformation of local university is the requirement of optimizing Chinese higher education structure and building modern education system as well as the evitable choice of local universities to address own problems, adjusting own position, and promoting self- development in the economic development under the new normal. To realize the transformation of local university, it should be insisted on the deepening comprehensive reform, clarifying the university orientation, improving the governance structure, changing the developmental methods, and taking action with characteristics.
