摘要
根据独立学院的特征,提出独立学院教育质量保障在价值取向上应侧重认证性质量保障和社会本位教育质量标准,在保障的主体上必须是政府、社会、学校三者结合,在保障的机制上要引进市场机制。
The independent institute is a new higher education organization which appears in recent years. The paper, based on the independent institute＇s characteristics, proposes the education quality assurance of independent institute. As for the value orientation of assurance, it puts its emphasis on the attestation of quality assurance and the standard of education quality. As for the contents of assurance, it combines the orientation of running independent institutes with cultivating high-intellectual and applied students. As for the main body of assurance, it unites the government, society and school. As for the ways of assurance, it introduces market mechanism.
