摘要
对核桃的物理性能进行测定,得出其基本尺寸;通过UG建立核桃的三维模型,运用Workbench对核桃的3种力加载方式进行应力和应变分析,并且与试验结果进行对照,得出最佳的破壳方式。结果表明:破壳力沿X轴方向加载效果最好,峰值最大24.45 kg,裂纹会沿着力的加载点扩散。通过实验数据也可以看出,沿核桃X轴方向加载力,得到的破壳率和整仁率最高。这为核桃破壳机械的结构设计和研究提供了参考。
Physical properties of walnut were determined to obtain the basic size, establishing a three-dimensional model of walnut by UG, using the Workbench analysis the stress and strain of three force loading for Walnut , and compared with the test results to obtain the best way to break the shell. The results show that: the shell breaking force loading along the X axis direction has the best effect, the peak crushing force is 24.45kg, the crack will diffuse along to the loading point. Through the experimental data can be seen along the X axis direction loading capacity of walnut, the shell breaking rate and whole rate is also the highest, the study provides a reference for structural design or the shell breaking machinery for walnut.
