摘要
介绍了国内几种典型坚果剥壳机的结构特点与工作原理,并对其现状与存在问题进行了分析,探讨了改进方法,并结合试验得出结论。
This paper introduces structural characteristic and work principle of some typical nut-shellers made in China, analyses study status and probloms existed, then discusses about the improving methods of the machine. From the result mentioned above and shelling experiments below conclusion was given: effect of shelling can be improved if nut is slotted on the rind or dried before shelling.
