摘要 根据广东某钼矿的原矿性质,进行了选矿试验研究。采用煤油作为含钼矿物捕收剂,BK204作为起泡剂,BK510作为钼精选作业脉石矿物的抑制剂,可以实现钼的有效浮选回收,获得了合格的钼精矿。在探索试验、条件试验及开路试验的基础上进行了实验室小型闭路试验,获得钼精矿钼品位52.23%、钼回收率90.30%的选别指标。选矿药剂BK510用于钼精选作业,获得了很好的分离效果,值得在同类矿石中推广应用。 According to the properties of a molybdenum ore from Guangdong, experimental study on mineral processing has been conducted. The molybdenum minerals were successfully recovered with kerosene as a molybdenite collector, reagent BK204 as a frother, reagent BK510 as a gangue depressant during molybdenum cleaning. Closed-circuit flotation test was conducted on the basis of exploratory experiments, conditional experiments and open-circuit flotation experiment, with which a molybdenum concentrate of 52.23% Mo with a recovery of 90.30% was obtained. Good separation effect can be achieved by using BK510 as gangue mineral depressant during molybdenum cleaning operation. The reagents of BK204 and BK510 are worthy of popularization and application in treatment of the similar property ores.
