内蒙古大苏计钼矿工艺流程改造试验研究

摘要 针对内蒙古大苏计钼矿现用生产工艺流程选别产品单一、粗精矿品位低、产率大、含泥高、不利于精选作业的富集等问题,对粗精作业进行试验研究。试验研究结果显示,新工艺方案可以有效提高粗精矿产品的品位,不仅使得含泥量明显减少,而且使精选作业选别条件得到有效改善。新工艺流程充分考虑多金属回收,可为选矿厂的改造提供有效依据。 The production process in Inner Mongolia Dasuji molybdenum concentrating mill only has a single molybdenum seeding with rough concentrate grade, low production rate and high mud, unfavorable selected assignment enrichment. Experiment research on coarse-fine operation is conducted. Through experimental research, the new craft scheme can effectively improve the grade of the rough concentrate products. Silt content has decreased significantly. The selection of operation can be effectively improved. Polymetal recycling is fully considered in new technological process, provideing effective basis for concentrator transformation.
