摘要
蒙古国某地区的钼矿有用矿物主要为辉钼矿,也含有少量钨矿。磨矿细度为-0.074mm55%和特定药剂制度条件下,经过一次粗选、三次扫选、八次精选的开路流程试验,可以获得品位为57.02%、回收率为81.09%的钼精矿。经过一次粗选、三次扫选、三次精选的闭路流程试验,可以获得品位为53.18%、回收率为95.76%的钼精矿。强磁-重选处理浮选尾矿,可得到品位1.22%、回收率79.97%的钨精矿。
The main valuable minerals are molybdenum sulphide with trace wolframium in Mongolia.Concentrates assaying 57.02% Mo at the recovery of 81.09% was given through open circuit with one rougher,three scavengers and eight cleaners on the condition of grinding size-0.074mm 55%.Concentrates grading 53.18% Mo at the recovery of 95.76% was get through open circuit with one rougher,three scavengers and four cleaners.The tailings of flotation are subjected to be processed by high intensity magnetic-reverse flotation,that yields concentrates assaying 1.22% W at the recovery of 79.97%.
