摘要
某大理岩型钼矿石中的辉钼矿结晶程度较差、粒度微细,即使采取细磨、使用捕收力较强的丁黄药与Dy油作辉钼矿捕收剂等手段,也难以得到合格的钼精矿,为使该钼矿得到综合利用,对钼粗精矿进行焙烧—浸出—萃取—沉淀结晶,最终可得到合格的多钼酸铵产品。
Molybdenite, a kind of the marble -type molybdenum ore, was poor crystallinity anti of very small grain size. It was hard to get qualified concentrate molybdenite after fine grinding, using butyl xanthate which has strong collecting power and Dy - oil as collector of molybdenite. In order to comprehensive utilization of molybdenum, crude concentrate molybdenum was dealed with by roasting - leaching - extraction - crystalline precipitate, and qualified production of ammonium molybdate was obtained.
