摘要
对某斑岩型铜钼矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用钼铜等可浮浮选再分离-强化选铜工艺流程,采用CSU31作等可浮浮选捕收剂,在原矿含铜0.49%、含钼0.011 5%的条件下,获得了含铜26.71%、总铜回收率86.11%的铜精矿及含钼48.03%、钼回收率83.53%的钼精矿,实现了铜、钼矿物与脉石的有效分离,获得了良好的技术指标。
The flotation experiment of a refractory porphyry copper - molybdenum ore was investigated. The technol- ogy flowsheet of copper - molybdenum iso - flotability flotation and enhancing copper flotation was obtainted. The copper- molybdenum ore contained Mo and Cu are only 0. 011 5% and 0.49% , respectively. Through a primary grinding and two stage fine grindings of rough concentrate and a reasonable reagent system, a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 26.71% and 86.11% , molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade and recovery of 48. 03% and 83.53% were abtained, respectively. The high enrichment of copper and molybdenum concentrate showed that the copper, molybdenum and gangue minerals were separated effectively in this experiment.
