摘要
目的了解北京市东城区餐饮从业人员健康饮水知识和行为情况,为有针对性地开展饮用水健康知识培训和宣教提供科学数据。方法采用方便抽样的方法于2013年7—9月抽取450名餐饮从业的健康检查人员作为调查对象进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷427份,对问卷结果进行统计分析.结果目标人群的健康饮水知识及格率仅为37.7%,教育程度差异影响饮水知识得分及格率(χ2=55.58,P〈0.01)。受教育程度越高,及格率越高。研究对象的日均饮水量为1.500 L,其中男性的日均饮水量(1.558 L)高于女性(1.227 L),31-45岁年龄组饮水量(1.817 L)显著高于其他年龄组(χ2=11.49,P〈0.01)。结论东城区餐饮业从业人员对健康饮水知识知晓率低,今后应针对不同层次,加强对该人群的健康饮水知识宣传力度,提高该人群的健康饮水素养。
[Objective]To investigate the knowledge and behavior about healthy drinking water among employees in catering industry in Dongcheng District of Beijing,provide scientific data for carrying out the targeted training and education of healthy drinking water knowledge.[Methods]On the principle of convenience sampling,a questionnaire survey was preformed among 450 employees in catering industry from July to September in 2013. 427 valid questionnaires were collected,and the results were statistical analyzed.[Results]The passing rate of healthy drinking water knowledge among respondents was only 37. 7%,and the educational level affected the passing rate of healthy drinking water knowledge( χ2= 55. 58,P〈0. 01). The people with higher educational level had the higher passing rate. The daily average water intake of investigated employees was 1. 500 Liter. The daily average water intake of males(1. 558 Liter) was higher than that of females(1. 227 Liter). The daily average water intake in 31-45 year-old age group(1. 817 Liter) was significantly higher than that in other age groups(χ2= 11. 49,P〈0. 01).[Conclusion]The awareness rate of healthy drinking water knowledge among employees in catering industry in Dongcheng District is low. In future,it is necessary to strengthen the education of healthy drinking water knowledge according to different educational levels,to improve the level of healthy drinking water knowledge in this population.
